Introduction of the study. Chapter 1 is divided into four parts: (1) Background of the Study; (2) Statement of the Problem; (3) Scope and Delimitation of the Study; and (4) Significance of the Study. Part One, Background of the Study, confers the reasons why the study has been conducted, it contains the general description. Part Two, Statement of the Problem, describes the problems of the study. Part Three, Scope and Delimitation of the Study, identifies the scope and limitation encountered during the conduct of the study. It also represents the variables, subjects’ research design and statistical design used in the study. Part Four, Significance of the Study, enumerates the different beneficiaries and the benefits that can be derived from the results of the study. Background of the Study Online business is any kind of business activity that happens online. A business owner who does any, or all, of his/her business using internet, is running an online business.
